The greatest success in implementing COVID-19 guidance was the trust and report that has been built with staff. Ensuring that I remain consistent and reliable has been a vital piece to the infection prevention framework. When staff reach out to me with questions, I feel honored that they see me as their reliable source of information. To be able to continue to build on that keeps me positive in such a dark time that is influencing the entire world. Through the education I have received, I have been able to apply data, statistics, and education as a consistent part of guiding staff through this pandemic.
