CBIC takes feedback from our certificants seriously. We have transitioned to a new certificate vendor and we look forward to better serving our certificants. Upgrades include tracking on all orders, expedited shipping upon request, and a dedicated customer support team provided by our vendor. 

If you previously obtained a CBIC certification and would like to order a certificate please complete the Certificate Request Order Form. If you are a new certifcant, the Award Group will reach out to you via email within 30 days with a direct link for ordering your certificate. 

Please make sure that you check the spelling of your name before you approve and pay for the certificate as it cannot be changed once an order has been placed.  

Note: CBIC will only print CIC©, LTC-CIP, or a-IPC after your name. We do not include other credentials (ex: MPH, RN, MD, etc.).
