1. Tell us about your experience putting together your portfolio for the AL-CIP?

It was a journey of reflection, not just documentation. Each project reminded me that leadership is about people, teamwork, and purpose. It helped me see how ideas move from the mind to the heart, then to the hands that make change real.

2. Can you provide tips for writing a successful rationale?

Read the manual carefully before you start. Understanding the requirements helps you structure your ideas correctly and meet the expectations from the first attempt. Keep it simple and clear. Write with honesty and focus on why it mattered, what you did, and what changed. Simplicity and accuracy always lead to stronger results.

3. What advice would you give to someone considering the AL-CIP?

Do it to grow, not to add a title. Work closely with your team and stay open to feedback. Leadership is about influence and trust, not authority.

4. What does earning your AL-CIP mean to you?

The AL-CIP from CBIC means a lot to me. It is not just a title; it is a mindset. It reminds me that leadership starts with convincing minds, then touches hearts, and finally moves hands that work naturally and with ease. After earning the AL-CIP, I was happy to see many professionals from around the world reach out and celebrate together. It reminded me that leadership is also about community, growing, sharing, and inspiring one another beyond borders.
