Rosie Amini, PharmD, BCPS
Rosie Amini, PharmD, BCPS, is a Field Medical Outcomes Director at Pfizer, focused on population health and COVID 19 outcomes. A board certified pharmacotherapy specialist (BCPS) and certified in Antimicrobial Stewardship through the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP), Dr. Amini brings more than two decades of experience in infectious diseases and outcomes management across large, multi site health systems. Prior to joining Pfizer, she worked as a Senior Clinical Advisor at Premier, Inc., where she supported infection prevention practitioners by operationalizing TheraDoc® clinical decision support, advancing real time stewardship and microbiology interventions. She helped establish CDC/NHSN aligned Antimicrobial Use and Resistance (AUR) reporting across member systems and led education initiatives to infection prevention practitioners through the QUEST Collaborative - a nationally recognized quality improvement collaborative that helps hospitals and health systems deliver high value care and meet performance standards through data sharing, evidence based practices, and peer benchmarking. In her current role, she partners with clinicians and health systems on evidence-based use of antivirals and diagnostics, translating data into process improvement and measurable patient impact. Dr. Amini values board certification for advancing professional competence and assuring quality of care and is committed to strengthening infection prevention standards while supporting CBIC’s mission.
