Debbie Slutzky is the Senior Certification Manager at the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology (CBIC). She brings over 10 years of credentialing expertise and more than 20 years of experience in launching startups and managing nonprofit organizations.

She began her career in credentialing and certification at the American Nutrition Association, where she developed specialty certification programs for nutrition professionals. Before joining CBIC, she served as an Exam Program Manager at Meta, overseeing five global certification programs.

Debbie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from The George Washington University. She is an I.C.E. Certified Credentialing Professional, certified by The Institute for Credentialing Excellence. A hands-on lifelong learner, she thrives on continuous growth through practical experience, always seeking new ways to innovate and improve.
