Genesis Uricochea is the Certification Coordinator for the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology. She became a member of the team in July 2022 and is currently enjoying her role. 

Genesis comes from a credentialing background with 4 years of experience in credentialing physicians. She previously began her career at Genex Services as a Credentialing Specialist, where she gained extensive knowledge about credentialing. She is currently based out of Houston, TX but is originally from Philadelphia, PA. Genesis attended Pennsylvania State University and is currently pursuing her education. Genesis also has a certification in Hospitality Management from Florida Atlantic University.
 

In her free time, Genesis loves to travel, and spend time with her fiancé and dog.
