Work/APIC: Robert (Bobby) Rosenthal, N.H.A., M.B.A. is President of 21st Century Health Group, Inc. He is the founder and provides consulting services for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Bobby has been an active member of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and the Florida Health Care Associations (FHCA) since 1974. He currently serves in a leadership role as Chairperson of the Governor’s Panel on Excellence in Long-Term Care (Gold Seal Panel) in Florida, and serves on the AHCA Survey & Regulatory Committee, FHCA Regulatory and the FHCA Bylaws Committees .Bobby’s past leadership roles include Board Member of Florida’s Board of Nursing Home Administrators, Member, Board of Directors AHCA, Member of Florida, Agency Health Care Administration Nursing Home Advisory Council, and Member of the Florida House of Representatives Elder Affairs and Long Term Care Committee Workgroup. Mr. Rosenthal has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University. He has been active in the Long Term Care Industry.  Mr. Rosenthal has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 1974.  

Mr. Rosenthal comes from a long line of Long Term Care professionals. His parents were among the first Administrators licensed in Florida with license numbers of #15 and #16. Mr. Rosenthal has served as a Court Appointed Patient Care Ombudsman. He has been most passionate about Long Term Care and Regulatory Excellence as evidenced by his work with Consumer and Patient Satisfaction in the Health Care Setting.

Personal Note: Bobby lives in Miami, Florida, with his wife Susan and enjoys sailing, tennis, and their five grandchildren. They especially enjoy visiting his sister in the Rugged Northwest U.S.
