CBIC Announces Management Change

Milwaukee, WI - Fran M. Feltovich, MBA, RN, CIC, CPHQ, President of the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc., (CBIC) is pleased to announce that effective April 1, 2010, a new management team will be handling the day-to-day operations of the organization. "We thank our prior team for their management services," Ms. Feltovich said, "and look forward to furthering our mission with our new partners."

Ms. Anne Krolikowski, an experienced non-profit association manager, has been selected as the new Executive Director. She and her staff will work with CBIC's current testing administrators, Applied Measurement Professionals, Inc. (www.goamp.com) to provide certification services for the infection prevention and control community.

Beginning April 1, 2010, the new contact information for the CBIC office will be:

Current CICŪ certificate holders as well as applicants for the certification exam are encouraged to make a note of this change. The testing company and process remains the same. Ms. Krolikowski will be at the CBIC exhibit booth at this year's APIC Annual Educational Conference and invites all attendees to stop by. "It's always nice to meet the professionals you serve in person," she said, "so please take a few minutes to share your experiences and needs with me."
